Dear guest, have you ever thought about how fatigue can feel lighter when your view stretches over the stunning Rocca d’Orcia? We have created a gym that, in addition to being equipped with state-of-the-art Technogym equipment (stationary bikes, treadmills, bench, weights, jump ropes, and mats for bodyweight exercises), offers a breathtaking view of the Rocca and our pools, making you forget the number of repetitions.
To ensure a safe and comfortable experience, we remind you to access the gym with appropriate athletic shoes and attire. Towels needed for the activity are provided by the facility. Access to the gym is allowed from 14 years of age, and it is open daily from 7:30 AM to 8:00 PM.
